I’ve made nourishing choices with plenty of fruit and colourful vegetables today. Other than what little was in my latte this morning, I haven’t had any processed sugar. I organized a weekly pill keeper for my vitamins — vitamin D, b12, multivitamin — to help me remember to take them.
