I’m satisfied but not full or stuffed, and I stopped eating. Woohoo! Mostly because I was out of points and short on vegetables until I hit the store tomorrow but who cares. In a couple minutes I’ll head upstairs, brush my teeth very well and floss, and then switch to drinking peppermint tea. This has prevented many an evening snack attack. I’m also out of the house tonight which helps a lot, too.
