Official Weigh-In: -4.3lbs
This is the first time I’ve been back on plan since last April, if I’m honest, and it feels really good. All hail the downward movement in the scale!
More good news? Why, yes! Several days ago, my doctor confirmed my strained Achilles tendon, made some suggestions and gave a referral to physio. I don’t think I’ll need it. I’ve been resting and icing/heating. Yesterday I put on some ugly but supportive shoes, lurched to the meeting and by the afternoon I was able to walk without too much discomfort. Still a little tender but worlds better. Hooray! I was pretty miserable at the start of the week so this was much needed. Thank you, body.
