Run W1D2: I Did It Again

I ran my first morning run today. It was tougher on my body. My shins burned through every single run interval, except the last one, which was extra.  Day 2 has 8 intervals of :30 running and 4:30 walking.  I am looking forward to what Wednesday morning’s run will feel like.

I tell you, though: nothing feels better than a hot shower after a run.  Except maybe finishing a run!
